This program combines my nutrition coaching plan plus either 2 or 3 weekly training sessions at my facility.
Clients choose from 2 tracks:
Muscle gain while limiting the amount of fat added. (with a calorie surplus)
Fat reduction to achieve a leaner, toned look. (with a calorie deficit)
In both tracks, strength training is the foundation of the program. Although there are differences to how the training is conducted, clients will be progressively pushed each session. The nutrition plan is the missing piece that most people overlook when trying to make a physical change. Each client will be provided a plan that puts them in either a calorie surplus (muscle gain) or calorie deficit (fat loss). Each plan has its own unique challenges that I will help you overcome.
