Coaching Programs


GN Strength and Conditioning offers four main coaching programs: L3, Strength, Conditioning, and the Power Athlete Program. We also offer custom programs that are designed to fit your personal goals and needs. To figure out the best program for you, it is important to know your desired outcome. Whether it be: to eat healthier, lose weight, gain muscle, or to just have a healthier lifestyle.


(L3) Lean Up. Lose Fat. Live Well.

If your goal is to be healthier overall, then this is the program for you. As the name states, this training is geared towards building muscle mass, incorporating healthy eating habits, and bettering the way you feel. This is not a program where you are forced to deprive yourself or make huge life changes, it is a way to incorporate small, sustainable daily actions into your life. You have access to your coach outside the normal gym hours to help guide you and answer any questions you may have as well.


Strength Training Program

Strength is the foundation for all physical attributes and if you are looking to gain muscle – this is the program. Our barbell training concentrates on four to five main exercises that will help you gain the most muscle mass in the least amount of time. Three times per week for 90-minute sessions is all you need to begin increasing your strength.


Conditioning Program

Our conditioning program is typically implemented with our personal training clients at the end of their strength training, if they have hit a plateau, or for extra aid in calorie expenditure. For our nutrition clients, conditioning can be used as an add-on service in their weight loss program. For the public, we offer conditioning sessions outside the gym where we run in the mornings three times a week for eight-twelve weeks and more.


Power Athlete Program

This program is ideal for anyone looking to gain strength and learn some new moves for their sport of choice. Whether it be school aged athletes, those under 45 who wants to improve their explosiveness, or anyone with healthy joints who wants to challenge themselves. Strength directly carries over to athletic performance and explosiveness, agility, muscle endurance, mobility, and coordination are all influenced by it. The Power Athlete Program meets three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
