To ensure the days and times that you wish to train are available, the first step to signing up is by using the "I'm Interested!" buttons below. This will take you to a contact form where you can express interest, and note your preferred days/times. I will reply usually that business day with availability and sign-up details. If you are interested, but have questions first, please note that on the form and I will respond quickly. Adult Personal Training
All ages and abilities welcomed. All client goals are supported and encouraged with customized plans.
All coaching sessions will have no more than 3 trainees.
Nutrition coaching is also offered as an add-on service if desired.
$45 per session - billed monthly. No long-term commitment. Discounts for 2 or more people who sign up to train together. This discount also applies to parents who wish to train with their child.

For children under 18. All abilities welcomed, and is appropriate for both boys and girls.
