Small Group Strength Training Resumes!

As we continue to gradually move to a more familiar, “normal’ state of living in our region, we are resuming our small group strength training sessions! At this time it will be a max of 3 trainees per session. Following is a summary of our Covid precautions:

  • each trainee gets their own workout space and equipment, approx 8-9 ft from the other trainees.
  • each trainee is to provide their own towel and water to avoid spreading germs.
  • equipment is wiped down/sanitized between sessions.
  • session size will be kept small for safety precaution.
  • Trainees who have been in contact with Covid positive persons, or show any symptoms of sickness are asked to stay home.
