After-School Youth Strength Camp
After-School Youth Strength Camp is a 4 session (1x per week) program designed to get your student comfortable with strength training.
- Every Wednesday from 3:10-4:10 pm
- Small student group with a professional strength coach supervising each student, on every exercise.
- Every student will learn the safe and efficient technique on exercises that are appropriate for their development and abilities.
- Recommended minimum age is 14 yrs, and is appropriate for both male/female, and ALL fitness levels.
The camps are ongoing, so students may attend the first Wednesday session after sign-up. Additional communication will be sent to you prior to the first session.
