Youth Coaching Program - Building Strength & Power
A training program to help teens build strength and power. Each session is supervised by an experienced strength coach with 3 or fewer students to ensure that plenty of 1-1 attention is given to everyone. Open to students 14 and older.
- 1-month membership includes 8 sessions (2x per week). No long-term commitment.
- Each session is supervised by me in a private or semi-private session (i instruct every rep of their exercise).
- Open to male/females and all fitness abilities.
