Youth Coaching Program - Building Strength & Size
A training and nutrition program to help underweight teens build strength and size. This is accomplished by training with enough intensity on large, compound exercises that provide a growth stimulus. In addition to training, nutritional protocols are provided to ensure the student is getting enough nutrients to fuel the training and recovery. (underweight teens very rarely eat enough - especially protein!)
- 1-month membership includes 8 sessions (2x per week). No long-term commitment.
- Each session is supervised by me in a private or semi-private session (i instruct every rep of their exercise).
- A nutrition guide with a portion tracker is provided to the student and parents.
- Open to male/females and all fitness abilities.
