1:1 Nutrition Coaching (1 Month)

I always start with your needs and goals. Then we’ll work together to develop a plan to help you eat, move, and live better—in a way that works for your body, and your life.
- You will receive your receipt/order confirmation.
- You will receive a welcome email from me within 48 hrs, which will include a link to a comprehensive questionnaire. I will use this information to create your nutrition plan.
- Week 1: Your first week after purchase is your onboarding week. This week is not counted towards your 4 weeks of 1:1 nutrition coaching. It is intended to give you time to complete the questionnaire, for me to create your program, and for you to get familiar with your new app - which will be the primary tool for diet planning, tracking, communication and info dissemination. I will also provide more specific details and education to help you hit the ground running.
- Weeks 2-5: Your program will include diet targets to strive for, check-ins, progress tracking and unlimited contact with me to navigate questions or obstacles as they arise.
